The Towers Reindeer Run for Chestnut Tree House
The Juniors at The Towers, Upper Beeding, took part in a reindeer run to raise money for Chestnut Tree House, a local charity which provides care, support and fun for children, who are terminally ill. The juniors all dressed up in antlers and flashing noses to run a mile around the tennis courts.
They had to run 11 laps to make a mile and they collected stamps on a reindeer picture to count their laps. The biggest surprise of all was that they were joined by Father Christmas, who very kindly took time off from his Christmas preparations to come to The Towers!
Everyone had great fun and we raised £700.50 for Chestnut Tree House.
